Areas of Practice


Behaviour Assessments for children/adults:

  • Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder.

  • Oppositional Defiant Disorder.

  • Conduct Disorder.

  • Anxiety Disorders.

  • Mood/Self Esteem.

There are also comprehensive behavioural rating forms for parents and teachers, intelligence and achievement tests, background information/ history,  behaviour observations, previous reports/forms. Minimum age 6.0

Included is a full report with recommendations.


Autism Spectrum Disorder Assessments for children and adults:

ASD specific measures (Autism Diagnostic Interview - Revised), intelligence and achievement tests, background information/history,  behaviour observations, adaptive behaviour (if necessary), previous reports/forms. Minimum age 6.0

Included is a full report with recommendations.


EDUCATIONAL/COGNITIVE ASSESSMENTS FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS:

  • Specific Learning Disability (dyslexia)

  • Specific Learning Disability (dyscalculia)

  • Specific Comprehension Disability

  • Specific Language Impairment

  • Non – Verbal Learning Disability

  • General Learning Disability and Intellectual Disability

  • Working Memory and Processing speed

  • Gifted and Talented

Interventions:

  • Discussion with parents about of interventions/treatment plans depending on outcomes of assessment. Referrals to dedicated services if required.

  • Parent consultation and training as necessary.

  • Consultation with teachers and schools as required.

  • Individual child based cognitive behavioural therapy if necessary. Minimum age 6.0.
